1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging First Bridge Dispatch Services, you agree to these terms and any additional terms outlined in our Dispatch Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

First Bridge Dispatch Services provides truck dispatching and back-office support for owner-operators and fleet owners. This includes load finding, rate negotiation, broker communication, and paperwork completion. We act as your authorized agent to book freight on your behalf.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Maintain active and valid MC/DOT authority.
• Maintain adequate commercial auto liability and cargo insurance as required by law and brokers.
• Provide accurate and truthful information regarding your equipment, location, and availability.
• Perform transportation services safely, legally, and in compliance with all FMCSA and DOT regulations.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees are based on a percentage of the gross revenue of the loads we book for you, or a flat fee, as agreed upon in your Dispatch Agreement. You agree to pay all invoices promptly according to the agreed terms. We are not a factoring company and do not guarantee payment from brokers or shippers.

5. Independent Contractor Status

First Bridge Dispatch Services is an independent contractor. We are not your employee, partner, or joint venturer. You retain full control over your business, including the right to accept or reject any load we present to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

First Bridge Dispatch Services is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. We are not responsible for any actions, negligence, or failures of brokers, shippers, or factoring companies. We are not liable for any cargo damage, accidents, or delays occurring during transit.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of First Bridge Dispatch Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the dispatch agreement at any time by providing written notice, subject to the terms of your specific Dispatch Agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees owed for loads booked prior to termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which First Bridge Dispatch Services is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
