SMS / Text Messaging Policy
Last Updated: April 2026
First Bridge Dispatch Services uses SMS (Short Message Service) and text messaging to communicate with our clients, drivers, and partners regarding load assignments, dispatch updates, account alerts, and promotional offers. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and manage your phone number and SMS communications.
1. Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile phone number to First Bridge Dispatch Services through our website contact forms, carrier packets, or verbal agreements, you explicitly consent to receive SMS/text messages from us. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
2. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Depending on your mobile carrier and plan, you may be charged for receiving text messages from us. First Bridge Dispatch Services is not responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier.
3. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
4. Help Instructions
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@firstbridge.us.
5. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our dispatching services. Active drivers may receive multiple messages per day regarding load details, while inactive contacts may receive occasional promotional or update messages.
6. Privacy and Data Sharing
We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
7. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
